A compatible version of Microsoft Visual Studio Tools for Office is not installed. Please run setup.exe message

Issue Summary

When installing the "HoleBASE SI Excel Extension"or "KeyAGS", you may receive the following message;

"A compatible version of Microsoft Visual Studio Tools for Office is not installed. Please run setup.exe"

Resolution

This can be resolved by, opening the "Installer zip file", open the "VSTOR40" folder.

• If you are running a 32bit version of Microsoft Office, then double click "vstor40_x86.exe" extract all, then double click again to install.
• If you are running a 64bit version of Microsoft Office, then double click "vstor40_x64.exe" extract all, then double click again to install.

Finally, run the "HoleBASE SI Excel Ext installer" or the "KeyAGS installer" again and proceed as normal.
