How to use the Geotechnical Function for Graphical Interpretation.

Explanation

The graphical interpretation function is a automatic function which comes with KeyLAB and can be found by selecting the functions and going to the AutomationAddin.GeotechnicalFunctions section.

Process

The function takes a straight line from between the point and works out what the values off the other axis for that value.

For example, the image below has the graph and the function below with 2 in the selection and its picking the correct value.

In the next image we are selecting 2.5 which is not in the data. The function is selecting along the dotted line to work out its 25.
