KeyLAB Windows do not display correctly under certain circumstances

Question

Sometimes the windows in KeyLAB change size so you cannot see the buttons to move past the window. The image below is an examples of the problem.

How do I fix this?

Answer

To fix this problem you will need to go to the control panel and to display, the image below is the display settings. Click the blue text for Set a Custom Scaling Level.

There will be a window which pops up (See below). The drop down list should be 100%, it might be that this isn't correct all you will need to do is set the drop down to 100%.

When you apply the settings you will need to log out and back into windows.
