Each user will need to download the Bentley CONNECTION Client from https://softwaredownloads.bentley.com/en/ProductDetails/1805 install it on their machine and run it.

The user must enter their email and click 'Forgot password' on the CONNECTION Client login screen, then complete the process to set a new (their first) password. Please contact your Administrator or Co-Administrator if you are unable to define a new password
