Component files (HBC's) cover a wide range of updates that effect HoleBASE, usually within a configuration pack but sometimes at system level too. These can cover everything from model updates, to borehole templates and many more.
To download any of these files, please put in a service request with our support team at https://apps.bentley.com/srmanager/ProductSupport with the filename in the description and a member of our support team will send a copy of the file to you.

Database model updates update the data model in someway to have further tables and fields or modifications as needed.

Report Views are basically joins between different tables of data to allow for analysis between data. For example, a report view may join data from the geology and sample tables. These are further broken down into the region that they apply to.
