An Excel Extension report is a template that can be opened within the Excel Extension and run to report a variety of data. For example, the Groundwater Monitoring Readings report is used to get out all of the monitoring data regarding groundwater out of HoleBASE and into a spreadsheet. The templates may also include other data or components which will be detailed on each page as appropriate.

Instructions

To download any of these files, please put in a service request with our support team at https://apps.bentley.com/srmanager/ProductSupport with the filename in the description and a member of our support team will send a copy of the file to you.

• Open HoleBASE SI and view the project manager screen without any projects open.
• Select the Configuration Packs option on the main ribbon bar.
• Select the Configuration Pack that you wish to add the templates too (By default there will only be one pack available, labelled Default. A new pack can be created if desired).
• Select the Manage Components option on the main ribbon bar.
• Select the Import option.
• The import form will be displayed and you will be prompted to select the HBC file that you downloaded
• Once selected the file will be read and you should see the contents section of the form will update to show that the component pack contains the new imported component.
• Click Import and you should see an "Import Successful" message.
