gINT and HoleBASE Product Support
Following the gINT and HoleBASE product support announcement in January 2023 a Frequently Asked Questions document has been created to provide further details and outline migration options.
Please note you need to be signed into communities to download the FAQ document.
Both product lines will continue to be supported at the current level, with service requests handled daily and releases made available as required for critical enhancements and security updates.
The following table illustrates which software is currently supported and in which platforms that software is supported within.
