MicroStation Pre-XM:
ac=north1;aa=0;accudraw dialog;accudraw rotate top;%d;accudraw rotate view;accudraw quit;reset

MicroStation XM:
ac=north3;aa=0;accudraw dialog;accudraw setorigin;accudraw rotate top;%d;accudraw rotate view;accudraw quit;reset
