Populate a cell library with DWG blocks
If you'd like to create a cell library from DWG blocks, open the destination cell library as the active file, then just drag and drop the individual DWG files into the Models dialog. When MicroStation encounters duplicate model names - you'll be prompted to either overwrite the existing model or rename the incoming one. Once imported, you may also want to delete the Layout models and rename the numerous default models to descriptive cell names. Of course, all of this is a bit redundant since MicroStation can read a folder of DWG blocks and insert them as cells.
