How to unlock a locked text style
MicroStation V8 - If you have text styles in your active file that came from a text style library, and wish to delete them, use the keyin textstyle unlock [textstyle_name] Note any text using the style that's being deleted will get changed to text style "none". You can easily tell if a textstyle is locked by looking at the styles icon when using Place Text.
