Change the minumum dimension line length
To change the minimum length of a dimension line, adjust the value of the minimum leader length. In MicroStation V8, see Terminators > Geometry > Min. Leader In MicroStation V8 XM Edition, see Geometry > Terminators > Min. Leader as shown below. Bentley's Josh Schifter writes: The terminators will flip outside the dimension if the entire minimum leader does not fit inside. So making this setting larger will make the terminators flip for more dimensions.
