Open dialogs from Primary Tools under your cursor
To open the various dialogs in Primary Tools so that they are right at your cursor, simply press CTRL + F1 for the first icon, CTRL + F2 for the second and so forth. This feature can be found in MicroStation V8 XM Edition.
