Force attributes to go to ByLevel
Here's a great tip from Hilton Quinn. To force the active attributes to go to ByLevel, simply add the following to your PCF or UCF file: MS_DGNAPPS < synchbylevel You'll notice it's effect when changing the active level or when re-opening the file.
