Well, this command has long since disappeared off of MicroStation's interface - but if you're a SELECT subscriber, you can get both V7 and V8 versions from http://microstation.bentley.com/files/motw/resources/utilities/V8MDLExamples.zip


Another gem you may be interested in is EagleEye from Salient Solutions.  It's only available for V7.
