Control update sequence with transparent reference elements

With thanks to Bentley's own Chris Marks for sharing this on the discussion groups. He writes this about MicroStation V8 XM Edition....

When dealing with elements of the same relative priority, for example all being a value of 0, then the transparent elements will be drawn last. Take the clip below, all elements in the active and reference model are drawn at a priority of 0, but the reference element is transparent. This results in the shape being drawn last and obscuring the linework of the active model. While it's common practise to change the update sequence order, it does not appear to resolve the display issue. Instead, simply set the reference model to a negative priority as shown.
