The editing handles sometimes is not working. When I select the text, I can see the word wrap handles, but just can't  drag it to change the line length. Of cause, the text contain several words. The handle for scaling is working fine. I use MS V8i. I would appreciate if you can help to fix this problem

Alternate text editing handles in XM
In MicroStation V8 XM Edition you'll notice alternate element handles when you select text. Shown as little green circles, these are the word-wrap handles that can change the line length property of the selected text. If you want, you can also tap the ALT key to toggle these handles between their two functions: word wrapping and corner scaling. With thanks to Brien Bastings for sharing this tip.
