Overview

This article will go over the new Activity Feed component of iTwin IoT. The Activity Feed is the central hub for all of your notifications in each relevant Asset within iTwin IoT.

Accessing the Activity Feed

There are currently two options for accessing the Activity Feed.

The first option is to do so via the Command Center overview page.

The second option is to do so when you're within an asset. The Activity Feed button can be found in the top right corner next to your Username.

Filtering activities

Once you open the Activity feed you might be presented with a very large list of alerts, status updates and more. Within the Activity feed you can filter what categories of activities you want to see. You can choose only one category or multiple.

Filtering Alerts

If you choose the Alerts category then you will be presented with two additional filtering types, they are

- Alert Status - This enables you to filter for Active or Inactive alerts

- Alert criticality - This will enable you to filter according to the criticality of the alerts in your asset. For example only filtering for High and Critical alerts.

Filtering by date range

Filtering by date range allows you to narrow your activity feed to a specific time period. This can be useful to narrow down specific events or alerts that you want to review from the past.
