• • Fx = 0.01 Wx
    • Fx = the design lateral force applied at story x
    • Wx = the portion of the total load of the structure located to level x

• • However, upon review of attached model results, this is not the case. 
  • F=868 daN = 885 kg

• • W= 20681 kg

• • F/W = 0.04 instead of 0.01.
