Answer: 

No, as of April 2026, AutoPIPE Vessel does not cover these kinds of openings. 

Some codes like EN 13445-3 has  a paragraph about obround openings but with limitations:

• • EN 13445-3, par. 9.4.4 Elliptical or obround openings
    Elliptical or obround openings resulting from a circular nozzle oblique to the shell wall shall be calculated according to 9.5.2.4.5.
    For all other elliptical or obround openings the ratio between the major and minor diameter shall not exceed 2.

Suggest performing an FEA analysis on this opening.
