This message can appear for several reasons. In this case, AutoPIPE was running in Trial Mode, which provides fully functional software for a limited time (usually 7 days) without a valid license. The message indicates that the trial period has now expired. To continue using the software, a valid license entitlement or license file must be provided. If your company’s appointed Bentley On‑Site Administrator has already configured the required license entitlements, review the following items to help resolve this dialog.

- Answer, contact your company’s appointed Bentley On‑Site Administrator, ask "Who is assign the Virtuoso / Virtuosity License for AutoPIPE"?
- The administrator will use these instructions here to confirm current user, and make necessary modifications. Note, Bentley is not at liberty to assign a person, they can only be assigned by your On-site administrators.
- Newly assignees must follow instructions below on their computers.

- Confirm Signed In, open BLT (Bentley Licensing Tool) - click here
- Email of person signed in will be in upper left corner of application below File, If not, confirm signed into Connection Client again above.
- Contact Bentley Licensing team if Email cannot be displayed in BLT after several attempts.

- Manually Sending Logs - click here
- Refresh policy - click here
- Activation Wizard - click here
- Start AutoPIPE and select the correct license edition as dictated by your company’s appointed Bentley On‑Site Administrator

- After changing assignments, new assignees must follow instructions starting from the top
