Answer: 

Importing issue:

Beforepressing the Convert button, select the Coordinates tab, and make adjustments as needed. 

The press the convert button again. 

Export issue:

Before export to PCF from AutoPIPE, In AutoPIPE  Go to Isogen Settings

Change North arrow as needed, then the coordinates will match exactly
