Problem
If the event list is slow loading the events the user should check if some active events have a start date older than 1 month or more. If that is the case, then these long period events might be causing slowness when loading the graphs, as the application needs to request bigger periods of data.
Solution
One recommendation is to close all these events. After those events are closed, the event list should respond fast. If the user still wants to keep track of those events, the user can create a manual event for each one with a duration of just 1 day and with the status open. This way the user can still keep track of the issues while they are with the status open.
