If yes, see below:

There is a known issue that occurs when exporting an ISM file from this version. Use one of the following workaround:

(note: before continuing, confirm file extensions are turned on)

Workaround #1: Use Fresh Seed file

        1. Submit a new Technical Support case, reference this article, and ask for SeedFile.ISM file to be sent to you. Use this seed file with no data to export data in it. Consider creating multiple copies of the seed file. (note: file name format "filename.ISM.DGN", must match period and no spaces in file extension; *.ISM.DGN)
        2. Or, create new seed file
            1. Launch AutoPIPE.
            2. Create a simple cantilever model consisting of one beam and one anchor.
            3. Define the default Analysis Set and run the analysis.
            4. Navigate to File > iTAS Services.
            5. Click Push to File.
            6. Click Select and choose C:\Users\Public\Documents\ISM\Sample Files\AutoPIPE Tutorial 1.ism.dgn.
Note: highly suggested to create a copy of AutoPIPE Tutorial 1.ism.dgn before proceeding (note: file name format "filename.ISM.DGN", must match period and no spaces in file extension; *.ISM.DGN).
            7. Push the data with Show Change Management turned off.
            8. The resulting file will serve as the blank seed file for subsequent operations with no data in it.

Workaround #2: Copy existing Seed file to another location

        1. There are sample files in the iTAS installation directory (the default path C:\Users\Public\Documents\ISM\Sample Files\)
        2. At that location create a copy of “AutoPIPE Tutorial 1.ism.dgn
        3. Place the copy at any desired location and then select this file before Push. (note: file name format "filename.ISM.DGN", must match period and no spaces in file extension; *.ISM.DGN)
        4. Push the data in this file and accept all changes (Select All ? Accept ? Update)
        5. This will create the model

Workaround #3 Start Interop process from outside of AutoPIPE

        1. Start the interop process from SACS and use that file for pushing changes from AutoPIPE
