Purpose

This article explains how administrators can view and manage their products on the Bentley Admin management portal. This article is only relevant for users of the manage.bentley.com admin portal. This new experience is in limited availability and further users will be given access as functionality is extended. If you do not have access to manage.bentley.com please refer to the User and Entitlement Management documentation.

 

Audience

Only users with admin permissions can manage products

 

Products overview

From the sidebar, navigate to the Products tab

Products are listed by Entitlement country, and only products which you have license entitlements for will appear in this list.

To view the products from a specific entitlement country, or those with Global entitlements, choose from the dropdown menu in the top right:

 

  

If you need to filter this view by a specific product, or view products with expired licenses, these views can be managed from the Filter menu:

 

 

 

Product details page:

Select a product to view the details of the product, again the Entitlement country dropdown is used to view the specific entitlements for each region related to the product. Here you can manage assigned licenses, and license checkouts. 

To checkout a license for a user, select the license, then from the Actions menu, select Checkout license
