Purpose

This article explains how admins can switch between the legacy User Management (usermanagement.bentley.com) and Entitlement management (connect-entitlementmanagement.bentley.com) portals and the new Admin Management portal (manage.bentley.com). This new experience is in limited availability and further users will be given access as functionality is extended. If you do not have access to manage.bentley.com please refer to the User and Entitlement Management documentation.

 

Prerequisites

Users must have admin permissions and have access to manage.bentley.com

 

Steps-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: From manage.bentley.com

• From the top menu, select the three dots menu
• Select ‘Switch to legacy view’
  
  

 

Step 2: Switching back to manage.bentley.com

• From User or Entitlement manage, select the circular arrows next to your name in the header menu

 

What happens next

Whether you are using the legacy or new Admin management portal is session based, if you have switched to legacy portals, next time you sign in you will be taken to manage.bentley.com
