A toolbar is missing in GeoStudio after launching the application

Symptom

I have launched Geostudio and the window is missing the toolbar at the top.  (File, Edit, etc., and the Account name/Not signed in indication).

Resolution

  1. Click with your cursor anywhere in the window and hit Alt+w keys, then hit "e".
  2. A dialogue will open asking you: " Are you sure you want to reset the default window layout of GeoStudio?". Click "Yes" and the toolbar should appear as below:

Root cause

At launch, sometimes the window size/configuration can trigger some UI bugs preventing the toolbar to be displayed properly.
