While MicroStation V8i is no longer supported. Users may have requirements to use the software "as-is". There have been issues reported when users attempt install the software in Window 11 environment.

Problem:
Option to install program is not available, 'Install' button is grayed out. Prompted to check internet connection and restart setup
Troubleshooting Step 1:
Step 1: During installation process scroll down and disable the option to load the visualization content
Step 2:
Continue with installation
