An issue has been identified when running a PLAXIS 3D Safety calculation that includes beam structural elements. This problem occurs in this specific release version: PLAXIS 3D 2025.1.0.1991
During the calculation, the red cross icon appears, and when viewing the Log info, it displays:
Unknown error. [Error code: 602]
The Log info can be found when you double-click on a phase or by clicking on the View Phases icon in the Phases explorer, as shown below:
To verify your current PLAXIS version and build, go to Help > About in the application menu.
This issue is now resolved with the release of PLAXIS 3D 2025.1.1. Download the latest PLAXIS version here.
If the project has been converted and opened in PLAXIS 3D 2025.1.0 from an older version, you can still open the original project (pre-conversion) using PLAXIS 3D 2024.3 or the relevant previous version.
Side-by-side installation of the previous and latest PLAXIS 2025.1 versions is supported.
This issue is now resolved with the release of PLAXIS 3D 2025.1.1. Download the latest PLAXIS version here.
