Editing a Content Block- Editing an existing Content Block can be achieved by hovering over the Content Block, which will reveal a pencil icon in the upper right of the content block. Clicking the pencil will open the "Edit Content" window on the right side of the preview window for the selected block.

Deleting a Content Block- Hovering over the Content Block also reveals a trashcan icon in the upper right of the content block. Clicking the trashcan will remove the content block from the report.

Document Setup Options

The Document Setup page tab is the leftmost tab option on the option bar to the left of the Report Preview (highlighted by red box), and it provides some additional configuration options not covered in the Basic Reports article.

1. Page Size- The page size dropdown currently offers A4 and Letter size options for document page size.

2. Default Font- The Default Font selection dropdowns allow you to change the font type, size, and color of all of the text on the report. The settings for text can be overridden within each content block when configuring them.

3. Header Text- The header text is a textbox entry that will allow you to configure text that will show up as a header at the top left of all pages of the document. This can be used as a Title for the report.

4. Header Logo- The header logo options allows you to upload a small image that will be displayed at the upper right corner of the report. This can be used to upload a company logo or project symbol. To upload an image you can drag or drop the image into the upload box, or you can click the "Choose a file" button to open an upload window on your computer to select the file.

5. Footer Text- The footer text is a textbox entry that will allow you to configure text that will show at the bottom left of all pages of the document. This can be used to include information like the preparer's name or the company name on the report.

6. Footer Inclusions- The footer inclusion checkboxes allow you to include the date the report was published and page numbers on the lower right side of each page of the report.

Page Options

The Page Options tab is the rightmost tab on the option bar to the left of the Report Preview (highlighted by red box). This tab allows you to make changes to individual pages of the report, including changing the page orientation to meet your data display needs or suppressing the headers or footers.

1. Page Orientation- The default page orientation is portrait mode. You can override this setting by clicking Landscape mode. This can be useful for better displaying graphs, dashboards, or images on the report.

2. Header/Footer Suppression- If you've configured a header or footer in the previous section, you may find instances where you need to hide, or suppress, the header or footer from a page. The checkboxes on the page options tab allow you to remove the header or footer from a selected page as needed.

Any configuration changes made should be saved by clicking the "Save" button on the upper right side of the configuration page.
