Updates and fixes related to printing reports

Updates have been made to printing reports, including fixes to formatting and related to printing multiple reports.

Option to neglect Gutter Cross Slop for grate or combination inlets on grade

When working with a grate inlet on grade or a combination inlet on grade worksheet, you can use a new calculation options to neglect the gutter cross slope in the calculation. In the worksheet, click the Options button to see this new option.

This will work like the similar option in the GVF-Rational solver in OpenFlows Storm and OpenFlows Sewer.

Deployment Image Support

This release uses the standard Bentley installation technology, which supports the creation of a deployment image for mass/silent deployment. This is done using the /layout switch when running the installation executable, to configure and create a .lyt file with your deployment preferences. See more details here:
