Exporting Graph Images, Creating Alerts, and Viewing Data Tables from Graphs

Overview

There are a couple of other tools built into Graphs that allow you to export graphs as image files, create alerts from graphed sensors, and view and manipulate the data in a tabular spreadsheet.

Accessing the Export, Alert, and Data Table Options

Begin by navigating to the graph profile you would like to use these tools on. On the upper right corner of the graph box, you will find a kebab icon (three vertical dots). This icon is highlighted by a red circle in the image below. Click on this icon to open the dropdown.

The first option on the tab is the download image dropdown. Hovering over "Download Image" opens a side bar with download options including png, svg, jpg, and pdf. Simply click the image format for the downloading file, and the image will be downloaded via the browser.

Create Alert

The next option is the "Create Alert button". Clicking this button takes you to a new alert configuration page.

This page will be preconfigured as a data alert with the sensors from the graph profile already selected. For additional details about configuring data alerts, see the Data Alerts article.

Show Table

Clicking the "Show Table" button opens a pop-out window in the graphs page.

The Table, shown below, allows you to view the data in a spreadsheet format.
