In certain cases, users working with SYNCHRO and Bentley Infrastructure Cloud (BIC) may experience an issue where a 4D animation fails to play in BIC, even though it displays correctly in SYNCHRO 4D Pro and the synchronization process completes successfully.

1. Open the Schedule View in SYNCHRO Control

2. Navigate to: Frontstages > Schedule Plan

3. Create a new Saved View

4. Share the Saved View and set the new Saved View as the default view.

The default view will have a crown like symbol as seen in the image above.

This process ensures the default view reflects the correct schedule and animation setup after synchronisation.

Additional Notes

• This is specific to iModels-first projects where Saved Views were created before schedule synchronization.
• If multiple users work on the same project, ensure everyone is aware of which Saved View is set as default.
