When attempting to install OpenFlows Water, OpenFlows Storm or OpenFlows Sewer, no dialog appears for selecting which products, and then only one of the products are installed. For example for OpenFlows Water, only WaterCAD gets installed, with no option to choose WaterGEMS.
This has been known to be caused by a third party software called “BeyondTrust Privilege Management”.
This software is known to interfere with installation of Bentley software, including OpenFlows applications and the CONNECTION Client. If you are using BeyondTrust, please contact your IT to have them whitelist the OpenFlows installation file, or contact the BeyondTrust vendor for help.
