Solution:

In a documented instance, the cause for this was directly associated with the following reasons: 

1. 1. English language pack missing from the Windows configuration
   2. Window's Regional format for decimal separator must be decimal and not period.

After addressing both of these issues, rebooting the computer, open the model again, the problem was resolved where both the dialog and reported values matched
