Problem:
When using multiple monitors, command dialogs appear behind or blocked by the application window itself, why?
Solution:
Perform the following tests:
1. Open AutoPIPE
2. Select Command Open Recent, select the smallest model available

- Using the Mouse, highlight any support, and select Modify Support OR double click the support
- Does the Support dialog appear correctly?
- If no, press ESC button on keyboard and step #3 below
- If yes, go to next line
- Select an active point and try to insert a new Run.
- Does the Insert Run dialog appear correctly?
- If no, press ESC button on keyboard and step #3 below
- If yes, go to next line
- Select an active point and try to insert a new Valve.
- Does the Insert Valve dialog appear correctly?
- If no, press ESC button on keyboard and step #3 below
- If yes, go to next line
- Select Static Analysis Sets (Analysis > Setup > Static Analysis Sets) command.
- Does the Static Analysis dialog appear correctly?
- If no, press ESC button on keyboard and step #3 below
- If yes, go to next line
3. Do all 4 dialogs above appear without an issue?

- If yes, then try searching for a different KB article, this one is dedicated to a different problem than you currently have.
- If no, one or more of the dialogs above did not appear correctly, continue to step #4 below.
4. Open Windows Display Settings to see how these multiple monitors are arranged:
Example:

Try orienting your monitors as shown by Config #1 or #2, and repeat test above.
Does all of the dialogs now appear correctly.
If yes, this is a known issue (1707171) and will be fixed in a future version of AutoPIPE
