When starting AutoPIPE, the License configuration screen will appear allowing the user to select a type of license to be used for the current working session.

Note: use the procedure here to open the "AutoPIPE Licensing" dialog.
When the Demo option is selected (as depicted above), AutoPIPE will operate with following restricted functionality:
CANNOT:

- Insert more than 20 points in the model.
- Run any analyses if the model has more than 20 points.
- Open model generated by newer version of AutoPIPE.
- Export model
- Save as a model to Caesar II Neutral (*.cii) file.
Able to perform:

- Open a model with more than 20 points
- Import file
- Open any model saved by earlier version up to the current version of AutoPIPE in use.
- Engineering Review / Audit tool:
- If model was last opened with a licensed version of AutoPIPE, analyze all static analysis load sets and dynamic analyses configured, generated complete model Input / output report without filters or restrictions to highlighted points, opened Results grids, saved model, and closed model, then a person using the same version of AutoPIPE in Demo mode can:
- Open model DAT file from the saved folder location
- Interrogate all of the settings in the model using program dialogs or input grids
- Generate customize input / output reports
- Use interactive results grids
