Orthogonal Effects option in ASCE 7 load cases crashes RAM Frame

Problem Description

Checking the option to generate the additional load cases for Orthogonal Effects based on ASCE 7 Seismic loading causes the program to crash.

It affects various editions of the ASCE 7 code. Models with existing seismic loads including orthogonal effects are unaffected. 

It should generate additional load cases representing the 100% +/- 30% vectors.

Work Around

Using custom load combinations is an option to generate the equivalent effect of these combination vectors.

To be fixed for version 25.00.01.
