Saddle design as per AD S3/2, pad is not considered because "b3 < 0.1D" but it is not correct since b3 = 425 mm and 0.1D=350.
Answer
As per AD 2000-Merkblatt S3/2, clause 2.3.3 specifies that the value of b3 must be greater than or equal to 0.1D.

Note that b3 here is not same as B3 in the AutoPIPE Vessel report.
You can increase the value of Circumferential Extension [V] to comply with the code requirements and eliminate the error.
