Problem

A user was attempting to log into Exor and saw an error screen saying ClassNotFoundException oracle.forms.engine.Main:

Solution

Find Configure Java in the Start menu, or use search to find it.  Click the Security tab and check the following

1. The Enable Java content in the browser checkbox is checked.
2. The security level is set to High as opposed to Very High.
3. The URL of your Exor application is listed in the Exception Site List.  If it isn't, click the Edit Site List button and add it.
4. Click the Restore Security Prompts button.

If you've made any changes, click OK and try the Exor application again in a new browser window.  Sometimes it requires a computer restart to pick up the changes.
