Solution:

This would be a local environmental issue and has nothing to do with the program itself. 

Suggest the following for testing purposes, be sure to reboot the computer after each solution used:

Possible Solution #1: Scale

Confirm Display setting: "Change the size of text, apps, and other items" = 100%

 

Possible Solution #2: Language , Region, and Regional Format

Set to the following:

• • • Windows Display Language = English
    • Preferred Language = English
    • Country or Region = United Kingdom
    • Regional Format = English
    • Administrative Language Settings = English
    • Open Regedit:
      • Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Bentley\AutoPIPE\xxxx - Key CurrentLanguage = en

Possible Solution #3: Font Unicode

Uncheck Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support

1. 1. Open Language and region, select Administrative Language settings
   2. Select Administrative tab
   3. Select Change System Locale...
   4. Uncheck "Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support" setting
