Effective July 1, 2025, we will be ending support for WS-Federation (WS-Fed) connections. To ensure uninterrupted service, we strongly urge you to migrate to either an OpenID Connect (OIDC) or Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) based connection before July 1, 2025.

Why is this change happening?

• Future-Proofing: Migrating to OIDC or SAML ensures your systems are aligned with current and future industry standards.
• Better Stability: We have measures in place to improve the stability and reliability of OIDC and SAML connections.

What do you need to do?

1. Contact IMS Support Team: Reach out to our support team for guidance on your migration process.
2. Plan your migration: Choose between OIDC and SAML based on your specific needs.
3. Implement the changes: Update your configurations to support the new protocol.
