Description
When using OpenPaths EMME or OpenPaths DYNAMEQ and adding a Webbasemap with one of the distributed basemap, a warning message is raised (see below) and the basemap is not displayed.
An additional dialog may pop-up letting you know that you do not have permission to run Mobility Simulation SELECT Entitlement.
Why is it happening?
In OpenPaths EMME and DYNAMEQ, access to premium basemaps is controlled by the product "Mobility Simulation SELECT Entitlements". The warning message lets you know that you do not currently have access to this product. It can be because:
- your organization does not have active maintenance for OpenPaths
- an administrator at your organization has not granted you access to Mobility Simulation SELECT Entitlements.
How to get access to premium basemaps?
If your organization does not have active maintenance, you can get in touch with us to learn how you can restore active maintenance for OpenPaths.
If an administrator has not granted you access, Contact your Account Administrator and request that they grant you access to product "Mobility Simulation SELECT Entitlement".
