What should the user do when facing an alert of Incompatible Civil Data?

Incompatible Civil Data means that the DGN file and its references need to be aligned with OBM.

Select the Civil File Manager (instructions at the link below) and open the file.

Select the file name and the Action \ Align All, as shown in the screenshot below.

Then, reopening the file should happen without the previous warning.
