884 The platform (PTF) is located above the vessel, the loads (weight and loaded area) are applied to the last section..
Why and how to avoid it?
Answer:
AutoPIPE Vessel calculates the platform weight and applies that load to the top section of the equipment. The equipment is treated as a beam element, excluding the head. If the platform is located above the tangent line (TL) of the top head, the platform's weight is considered at the TL of the head.
Warning 884 indicates that the load is considered at the last section of the vessel. See below image for more details,
To avoid this warning, you can position the platform at an elevation below the tangent line (TL) of the top head.
Alternatively, you can add the platform weight as an external load.
