Question:
When analyzing a model in AutoPIPE Vessel the following warning number was reported.
768 ROOF: the roof is not frangible.
Why and how to avoid it?
Answer:
This is just a warning to let the user know that according to the program settings, the roof is considered Not Frangible or Infrangible .
However, if the user was to change the model setting to Frangible:
If the Roof's Detail settings were set to Frangible, the application will test to see if the tank meets the requirements to be Frangible, if the test come back negative, then the following error will be posted.
Error 768 ROOF: the roof is not frangible.
Again, the avoidance for error 768, since the application test confirm the roof to be Infrangible, set the roof component details to Infrangible.
The warning will always remain, unless it is determined to be an error.
