Problem:
How can I extract results in Result Database (.mdb) formats?
In older versions, we were able to extract results in .mdb format, but this option is not available in the new version (24.00.02.243).
How can we convert these files back to .mdb formats?
Solution:
Starting from version 24.00.02.243, AutoPIPE has transitioned from MDB to SQLite and no longer supports MDB formats.
To transfer your data from SQLite back to MDB, there are several third-party applications available on the internet. However, please be aware of potential security issues, for which Bentley cannot be held responsible.
Note: Due to liability and lawsuit concerns, Bentley Technical Support Group (TSG) cannot recommend any specific application for converting DB files to MDB formats. The choice of application is based on user discretion.
Please also note that Microsoft stopped supporting the *.MDB file format back in 2015. AutoPIPE version 24.00.02.243 has removed all reliance on MDB files and replaced them with SQLite *.DB files.
