Analysis Grid

SACS Analysis Grid provides users with the ability to run their analyses on multiple machines simultaneously, managed from a central logged-in computer. The user must have Admin privileges on the computer where they are running SACS. The idea is that Grid runs are launched from virtual machines in a cloud where there is a lot more space available than the hard disk we have in our computers.  This feature is available for wind turbine analyses as well as multiruns that contain analyses of the same analysis type.

To get more details on the Grid services, in Executive > Support > SACS Help

SACS license needs to be available on all computers that run SACS. Refer to Setting up Grid Nodes in the SACS Help as shown above to get details on how to set up computers for the grid.
