Solution:

One or more of the following may provide a solution:

Option #1:

User Heat exchanger construction type is "AES", Refer below image for reference.

For this specific type of heat exchanger, it is necessary to input the diameter of the head (17.12) and the cylindrical shell (17.08).

Update the details, and you will not encounter the above error.

Option #2:

Review the entire model looking for component / settings that are not correctly modeled / values entered.

Examples:

1. 1. Shell and Tube Inlet/Outlet Nozzle not correctly defined as Inlet / Outlet for their respective chamber. Model was found with all 4 nozzles assigned to Shell Inlet Nozzle. Solution, redefine 3 nozzles correctly for Shell Outlet Nozzle, Tube Inlet Nozzle, and Tube Outlet Nozzle.
  2. Imaged below is a defined Welding neck WN incorrectly added to the model. Component should be deleted from the model.
