We are modelling Tapered beam sections in SACS and found below error:




Solution

The error caused by dissimilar cross-sections with member connecting to the tapered section as can be seen below:

 

As the resolution, make sure the cross-sections types at either end of the tapered beam are identical so the error can be resolved.
