Selective Page Comparison
Users can now select specific pages to compare within the Document Comparison tool. This is especially helpful when working with documents that have different page counts, allowing users to focus only on the relevant content.
Semantic and Visual Comparison Support
The comparison tool now supports both semantic (content-based) and visual (appearance-based) comparisons. This dual-mode capability helps users quickly identify changes in both text and layout between selected pages.
Visual Comparison Tool Enhancements (Nudge Tool)
The Nudge tool will allow users to move, rotate, and scale documents for more precise visual alignment.Available features:
The updated Tree Widget introduces advanced model interrogation tools including Instance Focus Mode for isolating individual elements, Invert View for toggling visibility states, and 2D/3D View Toggles for switching between representations. Enhanced search supports partial name and ID queries, while right-click context actions (e.g., Zoom to, Hide, Isolate) streamline inspection workflows across disciplines and categories.
You can now automatically sync Clash Statuses with Form Status transitions in Clash-type forms. This new feature enables users to suppress or unsuppress clashes based on the outcome of the form workflow—streamlining coordination and enhancing data accuracy across teams.
New in BUILD
In the forms designer, default values can now be defined for all fields on the form.
Users with administrative permissions assigned will have access to create and edit the iModels from the same Manage iModel page.
The iModel Manager has been moved from Administration section to the left navigation panel under the iModels icon. This allows users to quickly view and navigate to the existing imodels in the project.
New in BUILD
Build Trial project creation has been deprecated from SYNCHRO Control. Any existing projects will remain active for the 30-day trial period then deleted.
An updated, more stable, version of the form renderer is included in this release available using the "Try new form renderer" toggle switch currently available.
The new User Management control has been updated to include the following enhancement and fixes:
• Download users - Available from the Bulk actions dropdown, this exports the current user list and roles to your local machine.
• Import Users - The Import Users dialog now provides an option, Send welcome email to all the added team members, which lets you control whether an invitation email should be sent or not to all users imported to the project.
• Users no longer need IMS Administrator privileges to bulk import users.
Forms Grid (New!)
A new forms grid is now available for preview in the Infrastructure Cloud which can be enabled using the toggle switch which is now available in each form grid. The grid provides new technologies which will result in better performance when loading and interacting with forms.
Forms Manager (New!)
A new and improved forms manager is now available in the Infrastructure Cloud providing much anticipated new functionalities to enhance management of forms across projects..
The interface is updated providing an improved way to apply settings to multiple forms definitions simultaneously.
Additional functionality for the forms manager includes the following:
• Import/Copy form definitions
• Manage Properties (Form Bindings)
• Share among projects
• Application Access
• New PDF Export layout options
The Edit iModel page (accessible from the iModel context menu) now has a button to launch the iTwin Spatial Editor. This replaces a previous web widget that has been deprecated.
This feature is to address iModels where some files are not correctly geospatially located and in extreme scenarios can cause severe graphical distortions.

Our Media Indexing service now offers image markup tools and photo-based issue creation, streamlining workflows and enhancing collaboration.
Project Owners can decide to Cover Costs for External Organization invited to collaborate through Deliverables Management.
Once the invited organization accepts the invitation, click on Manage External Organizations Billing Settings to select which organization you want to cover costs for.
